- The shipping rate is determined by price of overall purchase. This can vary from $3.95 and up depending on number of items purchased, size of the items, and fragility of items.
- Additional shipping and insurance costs may be applied to original art pieces.
- Products typically ship within 3-5 days of purchase.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Any damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment in order for an exchange or refund to be considered.
- We accept returns on items up to 7 days after purchase.
- Additionally, we offer exchanges on items within 30 days after purchase.
- Items must be in good condition, and a proof of purchase must be provided.
- Please let us know within 48 hours if an item you purchased is damaged or otherwise defective- we will be glad to fix the problem for you. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
- Some items, such as original artwork, cannot be returned or exchanged.
